Udi Ziv, Chief Executive Officer

Udi Ziv has over 25 years of experience as a CEO, Entrepreneur and Senior Executive at large multi-national companies. Prior to joining Earnix, Udi was CEO of Pontis, a leading Digital Customer Engagement company, where he led it to significant growth on all fronts and to an eventual successful acquisition by Amdocs towards the end of 2016. Mr. Ziv started his career in 1991 when he co-founded TopTier Software, an enterprise portal company, and co-led it to a very successful acquisition by SAP AG in 2001. Following the acquisition, Mr. Ziv held a General Manager position at SAP, where he was responsible for SAP’s activities in Israel as well as for the SBS Global Business Unit. Following his tenure at SAP, in 2008 Mr. Ziv was recruited as the President of NICE Systems’ Enterprise Group, with full responsibility for all of its $600M Customer Interaction business. Mr. Ziv holds a degree in Computer Engineering from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology.

Sammy Krikler, Founder & Head of Insurance Business

Sammy Krikler founded Earnix in 2001 with the vision of empowering financial institutions to harness customer data, make optimal business decisions and improve their performance. As the company’s Head of Insurance Business, he is responsible for leading Earnix strategy for insurer carriers worldwide as well as governance of project delivery, analytic innovation and account management globally. Over the past 20 years, Sammy has been a pioneer in the innovation of analytical solutions for financial service companies, advising numerous clients on leveraging the power of their data and applying it to optimization in pricing and customer interactions. Prior to founding Earnix, Sammy worked as R&D Manager of Eventus R&D, where he led teams of mathematicians, statisticians, economists and software engineers in the development of mathematical models for forecasting, derivatives pricing and risk management of financial markets. Sammy holds a BSc in statistics from Hebrew University.

Meryl Golden, General Manager, North America Operations

Meryl Golden heads Earnix’ business in North America, managing sales, account management and operations for the insurance and retail banking verticals. With more than 25 years of management experience, she brings a wealth of operational expertise to the Earnix team. At Liberty Mutual, Meryl served as Senior Vice President & General Manager with full P&L responsibility for the largest region in the personal insurance business with over $1B in direct written premiums. At Progressive, she served as Northeast General Manager, where she had P&L responsibility for a $1.5B region spanning nine states and over 6,000 independent producers. Earlier in her career at Progressive, Meryl served in various general, product, and relationship management roles. She is a Certified Public Accountant with a bachelor of science in accounting from the Wharton Business School of The University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Reuven Shnaps, PhD, Chief Analytics Officer

As the company’s Chief Analytics Officer, Reuven Shnaps leads Earnix Analytics  organization. In his role Reuven oversees Earnix product roadmap management  and directs the company’s analytics strategy, research and delivery for Earnix customers worldwide. Reuven has spent more than 20 years developing and analyzing advanced statistical and economic models. Over his 10+ years at Earnix, he has gained extensive experience in crafting analytical solutions, and managing and implementing pricing & analytical projects for leading financial institutions around the globe. Prior to joining Earnix, Reuven worked in the economic and statistical consulting group at Deloitte & Touche in the United States, serving corporate clients across multiple industries. He holds a PhD and a master of arts in economics from The University of Pennsylvania and a master of arts in business economics and a bachelor of arts in economics and statistics from Bar Ilan University.

Barak Melnik, Vice President of Business Development & Strategy

Barak Melnik is responsible for Earnix’s business development and corporate strategy. He joined Earnix from the London office of McKinsey & Co. During his five years at McKinsey, Barak served leading financial institutions in Europe and the United States on a broad array of strategic and operational concerns. He consulted for insurance companies in areas related to pricing and underwriting as well as channel management and marketing. Prior to joining McKinsey, Barak implemented enterprise software at Comverse Technologies Ltd and Elscint Ltd (medical devices). He holds an MBA degree from the Wharton Business School of The University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor of science in industrial engineering from the Technological Institute of Israel (Technion).

Yoram Bibring, CPA, Chief Financial Officer

Yoram Bibring is responsible for all aspects of finance and strategic financial planning for Earnix. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer for BrainStorm Cell Therapeutics Inc. (Nasdaq: BCLI), a developer of adult stem cell technologies for neurodegenerative diseases. Prior to Brainstorm, spanning a period of over 20 years, Yoram served as CFO of various public and private technology companies including spending 11 years as the Chief Financial Officer of Fundtech, a leading provider of end-to-end financial transaction processing software solutions for financial institutions, which was sold to GTCR, a private equity firm in a successful all cash deal for approximately $400 million. Yoram’s experience includes managing all financial aspects of Public as well as Ventures Capital and Private Equity backed companies. Yoram holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

George Ravich, Chief Marketing Officer

George is responsible for the global marketing. George is a veteran of the FinTech industry, with over 25 years in senior marketing positions. Prior to joining Earnix, he was Chief Marketing Officer at Synechron, Inc. a New York-based IT consulting and services company specializing in digital transformation in the financial services industry. There he launched the company’s brand with a successful introduction of blockchain applications, which received wide coverage globally. He was the first CMO of Polaris Consulting & Services after its spinoff, and successfully repositioned the company as a leading digital transformation IT services company. He was CMO of Fundtech, a leading payments systems developer for 10 years, during which the company’s revenue grew from $40M to over $225M. George is a coach at the SWIFT annual Innotribe New York competition for FinTech startups, and is a mentor for the FinTech StartupBootcamp in New York.

Vivian Serfaty, Vice President of Account Operations

Vivian is responsible for all account management activities, as well as relationship management of some of Earnix’s key customers  worldwide.  Vivian has over 12 years’ experience working with Financial Services institutions. Prior to joining Earnix, Vivian worked at Oliver Wyman, a strategy consulting firm for the financial services industry, where she was based in the London office. There she acquired extensive experience in working with insurance companies and banks, implementing multiple strategic and operational projects. She holds a Master Degree in Civil Engineering from Imperial College, London.

Naama Sapir,Vice President of Human Resources

Prior to joining Earnix, Naama Sapir served as VP of Human Resources at N-trig. In this capacity, in addition to global HR management responsibilities, she led a global organizational culture change, refocusing the company towards customer needs and satisfaction. Before this, Naama Sapir was Head of Human Resources Israel and Global Organizational Development Manager at Check Point Software Technologies where she was also involved in numerous post-merger integration processes. Previously, Naama Sapir acted as an independent organizational consultant for almost a decade, providing services to various Israeli enterprises with an emphasis on organizational change, management team development and general HR issues. A certified clinical psychologist, she has also been practicing clinical psychotherapy for over 17 years. Naama holds a BA in Psychology (Cum Laude) and an MA in clinical Psychology from the Haifa University as well as an EMBA from the Kellogg-Recanati International Executive MBA program.

Stuart Meiklejohn, Head of Banking EMEA

With over 25 years’ experience in global banking and financial services, Stuart is spearheading the international sales and banking business for the company outside of the Americas. As a Fintech entrepreneur and business leader, Stuart developed a proven track record of driving business transformations along with a unique mix of sales, product and value proposition development in financial markets. Prior to joining Earnix, Stuart served as Managing Director at Cashfac Technologies, the market leader in bank-to-corporate cash management software and Commercial Director at Momentum Financial Technology, the award winning financial app and desktop technology within Personal Financial Management. Earlier,  Stuart held UK executive positions at Fidelity International and Prudential PLC. Stuart holds an MBA from Strathclyde University.

Yaron Lavie, VP of Products

Yaron has over 14 years of experience in delivering and defining advanced solutions for financial institutions worldwide. As VP Products, Yaron leads the product management team, responsible for product strategy, roadmap and definition. Before joining Earnix, Yaron was Founder and CEO of Pareto Pulse, a company that developed, marketed and sold predictive analytics solutions to global financial institutions. At Pareto Pulse, Yaron oversaw the entire product development cycle, starting from the idea phase through design, development and delivery and overseeing sales, marketing, business development and product development. Prior to founding Pareto Pulse, Yaron worked for Finastra, where he managed sales support for credit analysis solutions to strategic customer accounts in Europe, Africa and the Middle East and oversaw new product initiatives in the area of credit analysis software. Prior to Finastra, Yaron served as VP of Marketing and Business Development at Peldec Decisions Systems. Yaron defined, launched and executed the company’s product development roadmap and go-to-market strategy, pivoting the company from a niche Israel-only software services company to a global provider of financial institution software products that resulted in an acquisition by Finastra.

During his 14 year career in the financial services solutions space, Yaron has worked closely with financial institutions across the world and specializes in banking analytics and credit risk solutions. He holds an MBA degree in Finance and Technology Management from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and Physics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Yaron is a graduate of the prestigious Talpiot program of the IDF.

Yarden Y. Malka, VP of ENGINEERING

At Earnix, Yarden Malka is leading the engineering division and responsible for R&D, support, Cloud operations and IT. Yarden has more than 30 years of experience in managing, architecting, building and operating large scale Internet-based business software applications and technology infrastructure. Yarden has vast experience in establishing and growing global engineering organizations in the US, India and Israel, and in domains such as revenue management, algorithmic trading, application servers and consumer products. Previously he was co-founder, Chief Product Officer, Sr. VP, VP Engineering and CTO at Model N (NYSE: MODN); and prior to that he served as Chief Architect at NetDynamics/Sun Microsystems (NASDAQ: SUNW). Earlier in his career Yarden co-founded 4 additional startup companies. Yarden holds a BS in computer science from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
