Udi Ziv has over 25 years of experience as a CEO, Entrepreneur and Senior Executive at large, multi-national companies.

Prior to joining Earnix, Udi was CEO of Pontis, a leading Digital Customer Engagement company, where he led it to significant growth on all fronts and to an eventual successful acquisition by Amdocs towards the end of 2016.

Mr. Ziv started his career in 1991 when he co-founded TopTier Software, an enterprise portal company, and co-led it to a very successful acquisition by SAP AG in 2001. Following the acquisition, Mr. Ziv held a General Manager position at SAP, where he was responsible for SAP’s activities in Israel as well as for the SBS Global Business Unit.

Following his tenure at SAP, in 2008 Mr. Ziv was recruited as the President of NICE Systems’ Enterprise Group, with full responsibility for all of its $600M Customer Interaction business.

Mr. Ziv holds a degree in Computer Engineering from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology.

Sammy Krikler founded Earnix in 2001 with the vision of empowering financial institutions to harness customer data, make optimal business decisions and improve their performance. As the company’s Head of Insurance Business, he is responsible for leading Earnix strategy for insurer carriers worldwide as well as governance of project delivery, analytic innovation and account management globally. Over the past 20 years, Sammy has been a pioneer in the innovation of analytical solutions for financial service companies, advising numerous clients on leveraging the power of their data – applying it to optimization in pricing and customer interactions. Prior to founding Earnix, Sammy worked as R&D Manager of Eventus R&D, where he led teams of mathematicians, statisticians, economists and software engineers in the development of mathematical models for forecasting, derivatives pricing and risk management of financial markets. Sammy holds a BSc in statistics from Hebrew University.

As the company’s Chief Analytics Officer, Reuven Shnaps leads Earnix Analytics organization. In his role, Reuven oversees Earnix product roadmap management and directs the company’s analytics strategy, research and delivery for Earnix customers worldwide. Reuven has spent more than 20 years developing and analyzing advanced statistical and economic models. Over his 10+ years at Earnix, he has gained extensive experience in crafting analytical solutions – managing and implementing pricing & analytical projects for leading financial institutions around the globe. Prior to joining Earnix, Reuven worked in the economic and statistical consulting group at Deloitte & Touche in the United States, serving corporate clients across multiple industries. He holds a PhD and a master of arts in economics from The University of Pennsylvania and a master of arts in business economics and a bachelor of arts in economics and statistics from Bar Ilan University.

Before joining Earnix, Ronit was CFO at Pontis, a leading Digital Customer Engagement company, until its acquisition by Amdocs towards the end of 2016. Prior to that, Ronit was VP Corporate Development at Modu, an Israeli start-up designing unique cellular phones. Prior to that, Ronit served for 10 years as CFO of Msystems, the inventors of USB flash drives (Nasdaq traded company), until the company was sold to SanDisk.

Ronit has a BSc in Industrial Engineering and Management (Cum Laude) from Tel Aviv University.

George is responsible for the global marketing. George is a veteran of the FinTech industry, with over 25 years in senior marketing positions. Prior to joining Earnix, he was Chief Marketing Officer at Synechron, Inc. a New York-based IT consulting and services company specializing in digital transformation in the financial services industry. There he launched the company’s brand with a successful introduction of blockchain applications, which received wide coverage globally. He was the first CMO of Polaris Consulting & Services after its spinoff, and successfully repositioned the company as a leading digital transformation IT services company. He was CMO of Fundtech, a leading payments systems developer for 10 years, during which the company’s revenue grew from $40M to over $225M. George is a coach at the SWIFT annual Innotribe New York competition for FinTech startups, and is a mentor for the FinTech StartupBootcamp in New York.

Yaron Lavie

Yaron has over 14 years of experience in delivering and defining advanced solutions for financial institutions worldwide. As VP of Product, Yaron leads the product management team, responsible for the Earnix product strategy and roadmap. Before joining Earnix, Yaron was Founder and CEO of Pareto Pulse, a company that developed, marketed and sold predictive analytics solutions to global financial institutions. At Pareto Pulse, Yaron oversaw the entire product development cycle, starting from the idea phase through design, development, and delivery and overseeing sales, marketing, business development and product development. Prior to founding Pareto Pulse, Yaron worked in a variety of sales support, product, marketing, and business development roles.

During his 14 year career in the financial services solutions space, Yaron has worked closely with financial institutions across the world and specializes in banking analytics and credit risk solutions. He holds an MBA degree in Finance and Technology Management from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and Physics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Yaron is a graduate of the prestigious Talpiot program of the IDF.

Yarden Malka is leading the engineering division and responsible for R&D, Support, Cloud operations and IT. Yarden has more than 30 years of experience in managing, architecting, building and operating large scale Internet-based business software applications and technology infrastructure. Yarden has vast experience in establishing and growing global engineering organizations in the US, India, and Israel, in domains such as revenue management, algorithmic trading, application servers and consumer products. Previously he was a co-founder, Chief Product Officer, Sr. VP, VP Engineering and CTO at Model N (NYSE: MODN); and prior to that, he served as Chief Architect at NetDynamics/Sun Microsystems (NASDAQ: SUNW). Earlier in his career, Yarden co-founded 4 additional start-up companies. Yarden holds a BS in computer science from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology.

Naama Sapir

Prior to joining Earnix, Naama Sapir served as VP of Human Resources at N-trig. In this capacity, in addition to global HR management responsibilities, she led a global organizational culture change, refocusing the company towards customer needs and satisfaction. Before this, Naama Sapir was Head of Human Resources Israel and Global Organizational Development Manager at Check Point Software Technologies where she was also involved in numerous post-merger integration processes. Previously, Naama Sapir acted as an independent organizational consultant for almost a decade, providing services to various Israeli enterprises with an emphasis on organizational change, management team development and general HR issues. A certified clinical psychologist, she has also been practicing clinical psychotherapy for over 17 years. Naama holds a BA in Psychology (Cum Laude) and an MA in clinical Psychology from the Haifa University as well as an EMBA from the Kellogg-Recanati International Executive MBA program.

Vice President of Business Development & Strategy

Barak Melnik is responsible for Earnix’s business development and corporate strategy. He joined Earnix from the London office of McKinsey & Co. During his five years at McKinsey, Barak served leading financial institutions in Europe and the United States on a broad array of strategic and operational concerns. He consulted for insurance companies in areas related to pricing and underwriting as well as channel management and marketing. Prior to joining McKinsey, Barak implemented enterprise software at Comverse Technologies Ltd and Elscint Ltd (medical devices). He holds an MBA degree from the Wharton Business School of The University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor of science in industrial engineering from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology.

Meryl Golden heads the Earnix business in North America, managing sales, account management and operations for the insurance and retail banking verticals. With more than 25 years of management experience, Meryl brings a wealth of operational expertise to the Earnix team. At Liberty Mutual, Meryl served as Senior Vice President & General Manager with full P&L responsibility for the largest region in the personal insurance business with over $1B in direct written premiums. At Progressive, Meryl served as Northeast General Manager, where she had P&L responsibility for a $1.5B region spanning nine states and over 6,000 independent producers. Earlier in her career at Progressive, Meryl served in various general, product, and relationship management roles. Meryl is a Certified Public Accountant with a bachelor of science in accounting from the Wharton Business School of The University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

As a Fintech entrepreneur and business leader, Stuart developed a proven track record of driving business transformations along with a unique mix of sales, product and value proposition development in financial markets. Prior to joining Earnix, Stuart served as Managing Director at Cashfac Technologies, the market leader in bank-to-corporate cash management software and Commercial Director at Momentum Financial Technology, the award winning financial app and desktop technology within Personal Financial Management. Earlier, Stuart held UK executive positions at Fidelity International and Prudential PLC. Stuart holds an MBA from Strathclyde University.

Reuven Ben Menachem is the Founder and former CEO of Fundtech, a leading global provider of software to the financial services sector.

Mr. Ben Menachem led Fundtech to a successful IPO in 1998 and raised $100 million in a secondary offering in 1999. He sold Fundtech to GTCR (a Chicago-based private equity firm) in 2011, and in 2015 Fundtech was sold to a strategic buyer for $1.25B.

Prior to there, Mr. Ben Menachem was employed at Logic Data Architects, as a Technical Director and Product Manager. From January 1984 to June 1986, served as a Director of Banking Systems at Manof Communications Systems. Prior to this role, served as a Senior Programmer and Analyst in the Israeli Air Force.

Mr. Ben Menachem studied for a B.A. in Business at Haifa University.

Haim is one of the foremost experts in the field of database and business process technologies in the world today. Founder and former CTO of Precise Software Solutions, a JVP portfolio company and leading provider of business and e-commerce application performance management solutions, Haim assisted in growing Precise from its founding in 1990 through a successful IPO in 2000. In 2003, Precise was acquired by Veritas for $609 million. Before joining Precise, Haim was a consultant with SCP Systems and a systems analyst for the Israeli Defense Forces. With over 25 years of high-tech experience, Haim’s reputation and in-depth knowledge of the sector helped to make Precise the industry leader that it is today. Haim holds a BA in Economics and Computer Science from Bar Ilan University, and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.

Amit Frenkel is a general partner at Vintage Investment Partners, the only secondary fund manager and fund of funds manager focused on Israel with $460 million under management. Prior to joining Vintage Investment Partners in 2005, Amit acted as a venture capitalist for 15 years and was a General Partner at Carmel Ventures, Israel Infinity, and Clalit Capital Fund LP. Amit was active in investing, building and promoting portfolio companies throughout their life cycle. His track record includes exits in the following companies: Alvarion, Nur Macroprinters, Paradigm Geophysical, Celletra, Radvision, NiceCom, Viryanet, ProActivity, Unipier, Netformx and others. Before becoming a venture capitalist, Amit was Vice President of Clal Issuing Ltd., the largest investment banking house in Israel, where he led numerous M&A and private placement transactions. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Red Bend, Trivnet, Earnix, Ophirtech and various Vintage entities.

Raffi brings to Earnix a breadth of experience and a long track record in growing businesses on a global scale.  Raffi serves now as special advisor to the Cisco Video division as well as advisor to the Chairman and CEO of Cisco, Mr. John Chambers. Until recently, Raffi was Vice President of Service Provider Video Security, Software & Solutions Group at Cisco Systems. Prior to the acquisition of NDS in 2012 by Cisco, Raffi was Senior Vice President and the Chief Operating Officer of the NDS Group, and General Manager of NDS Israel. Prior to joining NDS, Raffi was VP of Operations and Production of Imaging Products at printing innovator Indigo, subsequently sold to HP. Raffi also held several engineering and managerial positions at Intel in the US and Israel.

Haim Shani is Co-founder and General Partner of Israel Growth Partners, the recently established largest tech focused growth equity fund in Israel.

In 2012 Haim retired from the Ministry of Finance where he served as Director General (2009-2011) and the Head of the Competitiveness Committee. Prior to that, he served as CEO of NICE Systems (NASDAQ: NICE). As CEO, he led the company’s business from $100m in revenues to $700m and oversaw value growth from $100m to $2.5b. Haim came to NICE from Applied Materials (Israel), where he served as VP of its Israeli business (Ex Opal/Orbot) for a period of three years. From 1992 to 1998, he held various management positions at Orbotech Ltd. as Corporate Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, President of Orbotech’s Asia Pacific subsidiary and President of Orbotech Europe. Prior to that, Haim held various management positions at Scitex Corporation and IBM Israel. Haim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Management Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, and an MBA from INSEAD, France. In 2006 Haim was selected Top High Tech CEO in the large corporations’ category by the Israel Management Institute, and in 2008 was named one of the top 10 CEOs in Israel by Dun & Bradstreet. Haim is currently serving as Chairman of the UK Israel Tech Hub, a board member at Strauss Water, R2Net, GreenRoad, ColorChip, Jacada and Earnix and a member of the Advisory Committee, Supervisor of Banks, Bank of Israel.
