Tim Nee, President, Dorman Consulting Associates
Tim Nee is President and Owner of both Dorman Consulting Associates and TEACH Insurance, LLC, together leading providers of consulting and training services to the property and casualty insurance industry. Tim has held positions with direct profit and loss responsibility as a Product Manager with Progressive Casualty Insurance Company and as Director of State Operations with Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. In addition to being a business manager, he has experience in all marketing channels, including independent agencies, captive agencies, internet, and inbound/outbound telemarketing. Tim also serves on the Board of Directors of The Responsive Auto Insurance Company, a south-Florida focused non-standard auto insurance company. He earned a Bachelor of Arts with honors from the University of Virginia and holds a Master of Business Administration with honors from the Harvard Business School.
Avi Rubin, Director of Products, Earnix
Avi Rubin has over 15 years of experience in development and implementation of technology systems. He currently works closely with many of the largest insurers in Europe and the US that use the Earnix solution to make sure that Earnix continues to align its future product roadmap with the dynamic needs of the industry. Avi holds BA and MA degrees in Economics from Tel Aviv University.
