Focusing on European insurance, Nicolas Michellod is a senior analyst with Celent, a research and consulting firm serving the global financial services industry. Prior to joining Celent, Mr. Michellod was chief executive officer of UNIQA Assurances SA in Geneva – Switzerland, where he was responsible for company strategy and designed a new risk management system. He also held positions as a business development manager and as a marketing and quality management system director. Prior to that, he worked at CREDIT SUISSE as a customer relationship manager.
