As a customer success manager within our banking division, your mission statement will be to help our customers fully realise the value Earnix's solutions can bring to an organisation.
As Global Sales Enablement Manager, you will work with Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, and HR to define and execute Earnix’s global sales enablement strategy. This will involve building upon the current sales process but at the same time owning the process to how you see fit which will allow you to improve overall performance across all levels of Sales.
What you’ll do
Work closely alongside Sales, Leadership, Marketing, Sales Operations, and HR to establish Sales enablement priorities and development plans.
Own the Global Sales Onboarding process end-to-end and build a solid foundational experience that will lead to long-term success.
Working with Sales Operations, implement measures of the impact ramp-up time and quota attainment of all Sales individuals
Run continuous programs such as seminars, workshops, mentorships, and coaching programs to affect top sales performance.
Own the Annual Sales Kick-off event, from planning to execution.
Collaborate with Marketing to ensure that messaging and positioning are deployed consistently. Operationalize Marketing content that helps sales drive better engagement and conversations with customers
You’ll do it using
5+ years of experience within a SaaS organisation working within their global sales enablement
You will have experience with large average order values and long sale cycles.
Experience with Sales Methodology and Coaching is key to this position.
Strong project management skills
Integrating with the Sales team will allow you to identify the sales organisation's strengths, weaknesses, threats, and opportunities.
You need experience working with a global organisation and understanding the nuances of how different places do business across the world.

Using your vast experience of working in a Global SaaS organisation in their Sales Enablement department
Ideally, you with have experience with large deal sizes and long sale cycles
Ideally, you will have experience with the Finance and Insurance sector but not necessary
