Our Professional Services team leads the implementation of cutting-edge analytics projects with industry-leading insurance companies and banks around the world. In this role, you will work closely with client-side pricing and leadership teams to develop data-based models that inform strategic business decisions, as well as software and product development activities. 

What you’ll do:  

Support data extraction and analysis for clients 

Build and review statistical models to predict customer behavior as risk and demand 

Develop and implement pricing strategies 

Synthesize and communicate strategic recommendations to key internal and client-side stakeholders 

Support Earnix executives to deliver a technical presentation highlighting Earnix software functionality 

Assist in thought leadership and product development activities around analytics in banking 

Train customer personnel and strategic integration partners on the use of Earnix software 

Develop RFP responses, proposals, presentations and other technical sales support as needed 

You’ll do it using: 

Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills in English and Spanish - MUST

Experience leading analytics and technology implementation projects from start to finish 

Experience in the analytical world - data science, BI, statistical or economic consulting 

Good working knowledge of modern data science analytical tools: Python, R, etc. 

Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills 

Willingness and flexibility to travel across Europe and globally depending on business needs

A strong understanding of core system integration or machine learning methods are both a plus 

Experience in the insurance or banking industries is preferred, and previous exposure to analytics within pricing, deposits or lending is a plus
