Our Professional Services team leads the implementation of cutting-edge analytics projects with industry-leading banks around the world. In this role, you will work closely with client-side pricing and leadership teams to develop data-based models that inform strategic business decisions, as well as software and product development activities. 

Description

What you’ll do: 

Lead and manage a team of professional services consultants to execute (in parallel) multiple time-sensitive, large-scale implementation projects for our banking customers

Work closely with customers to understand their needs and goals, and develop analytical solutions targeted to address business needs using Earnix suite of Products.

Develop strategies to ensure that the team delivers successful, high-quality, on-time projects

Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching to team members to help them develop their skills and achieve their goals

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, R&D and product development, to ensure that the team is aligned with company goals and objectives

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, and act as the primary point of contact for inquiries and concerns

Provides support to the delivery of presentations, RFP responses, proposals, workshops, and other technical sales support as needed

Responsible for successful execution of customers projects

Support data extraction and analysis for clients 

Build and review statistical models to predict customer behavior as risk and demand 

Apply optimization techniques to develop and implement pricing strategies 

Synthesize and communicate strategic recommendations to key internal and client-side stakeholders 

Support Earnix executives to deliver technical presentation highlighting Earnix software functionality 

Assist in thought leadership and product development activities around analytics in banking 

Train customer personnel and strategic integration partners on the use of Earnix software 

Requirements

You’ll do it using: 

Strong background in the banking industry: consumer banking with exposure to Retail banking, banking products, and their focusing on deposits or lending for 8 years+

Experience leading and owning analytics and technology implementation projects from start to finish 

Leadership and people management skills and be passionate about delivering exceptional service in an Operations function

Experience in the analytical world - data science, BI, statistical or economic consulting 

Good working knowledge of modern data science analytical tools: Python, R, etc. 

Willingness and flexibility to travel across US and globally depending on business need 

Strong understanding of core system integration or machine learning methods are both a plus

Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills in English
