Description

What You’ll Do: 

We are looking for an experienced Strategy Alliances Manager to assume leadership of our global Guidewire partnership and other leading core system providers in the market. Primary responsibilities for this position include developing the Guidewire partnership program, building strong global relationships with system integrators and consultants that have expertise, practices and/or centers of excellence around Guidewire. This position is also responsible for identifying qualified, partner-led growth opportunities in the market, and aligning them to our sales team, working closely with the Earnix go-to-market team including growth marketing, product marketing, product management and other executives on our alliances' team

The ideal candidate will have experience with the Guidewire ecosystem and help position Earnix, and bring the brand, to the forefront of the decision-makers. Understanding that these relationships take time to build, it is important that the person coming into this role has the experience to manage and intervene when necessary to expand and promote collaboration. In essence, these will be product-led discussions around Earnix and Guidewire

Requirements

You'll do it using: 

B.A./M.A. or MBA (preferred) with at least 6 years of experience in business development role including sales and partner development and management

Experience in Fintech or InsurTech or other financial services technology

A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work with a wide range of individuals, from our sales and product teams to executives, business partners, and customers

Experience in influencing people at levels and multiple departments across the Earnix organization and in the partner organization

Strategic thinking, experience in developing a wholistic partner plan (implementing and managing partner execution plans) understand how to build a top-down and bottoms-up approach and be extremely focused on partner success and grow tracks of the partnership

Balanced with tactical and implementation/ execution skills

Comfortable dealing with various spaces, from legal documents to marketing material

Entrepreneurial; results oriented individual who is willing to do what it takes to win

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong project management skills

Desired skills:

Experience with selling and/or working with Guidewire, Guidewire partners, major consulting firm(s) with Guidewire center of excellence or practice
