This high-profile position reports to the Global Head of Sales, Banking, and part of a growing team of high tier business professionals.

What You’ll Do:

Sell Earnix software products with energy, tenacity and the desire to find, build and maintain relationships with top lender prospects

Make initial contact, qualify prospects, define a value proposition across multiple business units

Participate in product demos, respond to RFPs, prepare proposals and close sales.

Ensure that key internal stakeholders (Professional Services, Product, Strategy, management, etc.) have what they need to run a fast-growing and highly referenceable business.


What you’ll bring:

5+ years of proven, successful vendor sales experience

Experience in the auto lending space

A strong understanding of how auto lenders operate today and how they need to adapt to align with digital transformations

Quarterbacking the extended team on opportunities including Sales Engineering, partners, Sales/executive management, and Customer Success

The ability to work a deal from ‘lead’ to ‘close’ with a passion for hunting

Experience working with global remote teams

Entrepreneurial spirit that demonstrates results-oriented strengths geared towards the willingness to do what it takes to win

Self-starter work ethic: The ability to work independently but as part of a key and growing team

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills a must

Willingness to travel extensively across Europe when required

Bachelor’s degree

Territory: Continental Europe
