Description

We are looking for an experienced instructional designer, to develop end-to-end learning solutions for our worldwide customer audience. The instructional designer engaging learning assets will be part of the Earnix customer experience and will involve outstanding scale-up.

The learning assets will include our service offerings, products, software version overviews and use cases.


What you’ll do:

Conduct training needs analysis to identify performance gaps and the appropriate learning approach

Develop course curriculum and write detailed scripts and storyboards

Design engaging learning experiences through E-learning modules, presentations, videos, courseware, workshops, quizzes, and more, by working with multiple SMEs and under a tight timeline

Manage end-to-end projects to ensure that content is created and deployed properly in accordance with the project plan

Conduct post-learning impact assessment by analyzing program effectiveness and user satisfaction, and develop concrete strategies for improving learning metrics

Work closely with SMEs to identify training needs for target customers, including designing and developing learning content

Working with our LMS – building learning plans, managing users, managing assets, managing reports, working with relevant business stakeholders to evaluate and prioritize requests for LMS enhancements and infrastructure expansions. 

Requirements

You’ll do it using:

Experience in instructional design and knowledge management for 3+ years

An MA/BA in instructional design, educational technology, or related field is required

In-depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models

Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS). Experience with Docebo – advantage

Proven experience in developing technical or product content using multimedia authoring tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate 360, Camtasia, etc.)

Fluent English – written and spoken

Extensive experience working for global companies – an advantage

Experience working independently on multiple projects, as well as in a team-oriented and collaborative environment

Excellent customer-facing communication and presentation skills
