Job Description

We are looking for a well-versed DevOps team leader with a proven track record of building and managing teams, to lead a be responsible for a 24/7 production reliability routines, software life cycle and CI/CD processes. You will be promoting and collaborating in a DevOps environment, where you will work closely and well with R&D developers, QA, Support and NOC Engineers as well as account managers and technical sales teams.


  • Assume responsibility for the availability and reliability of Earnix services

  • Provide leadership, management and training to the team

  • Define and monitor KPIs, develop processes and tools for efficient operations

  • Assume responsibility for CI/CD processes and tools

  • Identify needs, integrate and adapt cloud technologies



  • 5+ years’ experience as DevOps with minimum of 2 years of management experience

  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills

  • Technology savvy; Strong Cloud and cloud networking understanding - preferably AWS

  • Configuration Management tools - Ansible is preferred but also Chef/Puppet/SaltStack or orchestration tools

such as CloudFormation or Terraform

  • Good understanding of Containers (such as Docker)

  • Broad Linux experience

  • Proven scripting languages experience such as Bash and Python

  • Deep understanding of software life cycle: CI/CD processes, monitoring, log processing with tools such as

Jenkins, Git, Artifactory, Prometheus, ELK and Jira. 

  • Networking & Security experience – WAF’s, load balancers, proxies, VPNs…

  • Good English skills

  • Self-learner, “Can Do” attitude and a desire to make an impact – a must!
