Scope of the Role

-        Be a focal point for our employees and visitors in any administrative matter

-        Maintain the office appearance, condition and arrange necessary repairs

-        Lead office and facilities maintenance (building maintenance, cleaning, parking)

-        Be responsible for the front desk, managing two team members

-        Full ownership on travel activities and system (Combtas) - Oversee travel arrangements, flights booking and accommodation

-        Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers

-        Being a Personal Assistant to the CEO - manage calendar, travel and support guests

-        Manage Board of directors’ interaction and coordination



-        Experience as an Office Manager in a startup or global high-tech company

-        Experience in managing calendars

-        Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, problem-solving skills

-        Professional, positive, proactive and solutions-focused attitude

-        Ability to adapt quickly to changes, work independently and interact with many

internal and external interfaces

-        Confident and effective communicator in Hebrew and English, verbal & written

-        A team player with leadership skills

-        Full proficiency in MS office suite

-        BSc/BA in business administration or relative field - an advantage
