We are looking for an experienced Professional Services Engineer (PSE) to lead the implementation of cutting-edge analytics projects with the largest banks and insurance companies within North American.
The PSE must be able to work independently and as part of a team. You will work jointly with members of the Earnix Sales and Technical Sales Engineering team, and with leadership teams on the client-side to drive Presales efforts.
Our platform helps our prospective clients deliver pricing models to the consumer. As such, our product implementation involves closely working with Senior Members of our prospective clients’ management and pricing teams within the insurance and finance industries.
o Supporting data extraction and analysis
o Building/ reviewing statistical models – primarily loss cost and customer demand
o Applying optimization techniques
o Synthesizing strategic recommendations
o Aiding in the technical implementation of pricing strategies
o Support Earnix executives to deliver technical pre-sales highlighting Earnix software functionality
o Provide support of presentation development, RFP responses, proposals, and other technical sales support as needed
o Assist in thought leadership and product development activities around analytics in insurance and banking
o Train customer personnel and strategic integration partners on the use of Earnix software
o Experience leading analytics and technology implementation projects from start to finish
o Experience working in the analytical world - data science, actuarial, statistical, or economic consulting required
o Good working knowledge of modern data science analytical tools: Python, R, SAS, etc.
o Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
o Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively across Europe and globally depending on business need
o Experience working in the insurance industry: property casualty with exposure to product development, pricing, or pricing process management
o Experience working in the banking industry: consumer banking with exposure to analytics within deposits or lending
o Core system integration with a focus on rating engines or advanced analytics deployment
o Strong understanding of machine learning methods is a plus
