Description

We have an opportunity for an exceptional French (Italian and/or German desirable) speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. You will be joining a fast-growing, cutting edge technology company that has a proven track record in providing software and customer analytics solutions that have transformed some of the world’s top financial institutions. The ideal candidate has proven success prospecting, generating leads, and securing first meetings with relevant stakeholders at Tier 1 and 2 financial institutions. This role will be based in the UK and generating leads in France, Italy and Germany and other French and German-speaking parts of Europe.

What You’ll Do

As an early joiner, you will have the ability to help shape and drive the direction of the go-to-market and lead generation strategy and an opportunity to accelerate your career goals. You will play a central role in the success of the sales organization at Earnix.

Your responsibility is to generate new customer meetings that translate into identified and qualified new sales opportunities. You will do this by:

• Identifying prospects through cold emails, cold calls, LinkedIn, as well as networking, and initiate sales conversations with relevant stakeholders.

• Qualifying inbound leads from marketing campaigns (webinars, white papers, marketing events).

• Generating new business opportunities across multiple business lines and new use cases with existing Tier 1 and 2 insurance accounts.

• Securing and setting up meetings or calls between prospective Tier 1 and 2 insurance accounts and the Earnix Sales team.

• Recording sales activity and entering all relevant information about prospects into Salesforce.

• Staying up to date with new products/services

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience as Business Development Representative, Sales Development Representative or similar role selling B2B software or Saas solutions to financial institutions (with a preference on insurance)

• Fluent in French, good level of Italian and/or German desirable

• Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)

• Proven track record of achieving sales quotas

• Experience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)

• Excellent communication skills

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field

• Ability to build relationships primarily by phone but also via email

• Strong business acumen with the ability to speak knowledgeably and articulate a focused message to sophisticated buyers

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
