Description

Join our rapidly growing and fantastic team in one of Israel’s leading fintech companies. Our marketing team is looking for an entrepreneurial, talented, and bright team player to join and boost our activities across social.

This is an outstanding opportunity for someone early in their marketing career, specifically in B2B tech marketing. This person will work closely with the entire marketing team, and with key stakeholders across the company.

What will you do: 

o Manage our day-to-day organic social presence, including but not limited to FB, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram. 

o Develop a winning Social strategy for clients using industry best practices 

o Write, edit, share and produce engaging daily content in line with our business goals and objectives, targeted to the appropriate audience

o Creating, deploying, and managing monthly editorial calendars, using marketing strategies to deliver our brand's message in creative ways

o Enlarge our fan base and scale our brand awareness 

o Monitor and analyze effectiveness, engagement, and overall performance

o Fully manage community interactions (our own and external professional communities): monitor conversations, respond to comments, interact, engage, and generate conversation (with our (followers, influencers etc). 

Requirements

o BA in Marketing and/or Communications.

o Native English speaker (born/lived in an English-speaking country)

o Organized, able to meet deadlines, keep to schedules

o Self-starter and self-driven – take initiative, accountability for open issues, etc. Team player who loves to collaborate and has a people’s person mindset.

o Confident, professional writer. 

o Social media whiz. Up to date with trends and technologies, especially when it comes to LinkedIn and Twitter.

o Creative thinker with an eye for design. 

Experience

o 3-5 years of social media management experience. Working for an agency and/or a company.

o Proficiency in working with design and video editing tools.

o Deep understanding of social media best practices

o Proficient using social management platforms such as Hootsuite, Sprinklr and Sprout Social

o Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention

o Ability to establish and meet tight deadlines, change directions when necessary, and manage multiple projects at once.
