Description

As the Demand Generation manager, you will drive Earnix’s lead nurturing and customer nurturing initiatives to execute, optimize, and scale marketing campaigns, database hygiene and segmentation to maximize new sales as well as renewals and cross-sales for existing customers using Marketo or an equivalent marketing automation system. Reporting to the CMO, you will collaborate in digital, demand generation, and growth marketing efforts by setting up end-to-end processes that include planning, execution, and deep-dive reporting (including data analytics and metrics) to inform strategic decision-making and campaign investment.

What you’ll do: 

o Create, execute, and optimize marketing automation programs and lead nurturing campaigns

o Manage Earnix’s demand generation activities, including lead management and handoff for a “no lead left behind” mindset

o Uncover opportunities to optimize conversion points across the marketing and sales funnel

o Own and oversee database management – segmentation, list acquisition/import, data cleansing, web form capture, lead management, etc.

o Manage Earnix’s marketing automation platform

o Oversee process and technical integration of the marketing automation platform with Salesforce.com and other tools as relevant

Requirements

o Strong background with HubSpot, Marketo, or other marketing automation platform

o Strong background in Salesforce.com

o Excellent problem-solving and project prioritization skills

o Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide strategic insight

o Strong technical and analytical skills

o HTML and CSS coding experience (helpful, but not required)
