We are looking for a Project Manager who has strong engagement skills, communicates clearly, and passionate about successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will combine tactical execution skills with strategic expertise to lead cross-functional teams through the entire project lifecycle. As the client's primary point of contact, Earnix Project Manager will handle multiple priorities and is jointly accountable for project execution. Job Responsibilities

o  Be the primary focal point to the customer for all the projects deliverable

o  Manage customer satisfaction throughout Project Life Cycle

o  Manage project expectations with team members, internally and externally

o  Anticipate problems and offering solutions necessary to keep a project within budget and on schedule

o  Maintain a Risk and Issue Log to ensure mitigation strategies are in place

o  In Collaboration with Management / Client Stakeholders, define and document project scope, goals, and deliverable and work according to Project communication and governance matrix

o  Partner with Sales to create and execute accurate Statements of Work as needed

o  Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path

o  Estimate resources and identify participants needed to achieve project goals

o  Effectively communicate project expectations to project team members and stakeholders in a clear and timely fashion

o  Coordinate with all internal stakeholders the delivery of all customer requirements on time and on quality

o  Create an environment which motivates the team to work together towards a successful project delivery

o  Create and maintain documents associated with the project

o  Ensure Project Team time reporting is complete and accurate


o  MSc or BSc degree in Computer Science or a similar degree

o  Experience in managing software delivery projects in the fintech/insurtech industry

o  Willingness to travel (when appropriate)

o  Experience leading projects in both Agile (Scrum) and waterfall environments

o  Experience managing multidisciplinary team members

o  Skills in leadership, adaptability, problem solving, and critical thinking

o  Solution oriented; when issues arise, be able to roll up sleeves and tackle them with a ‘get it done’ attitude

o  Clear and concise communication ability thru different mediums (client-facing documents, email, verbal)

o  The ability to cultivate relationships with clients, including senior stakeholders

o  The ability to cultivate relationships with internal stakeholders in the company

o  Be able to control client expectations and push-back when necessary to ensure the success of the project

o  Experience leading discovery workshops and project kick-offs

o  Preferred Requirements:

o  Experience within the insurance industry; pricing, underwriting, analytics, IT

o  Experience managing projects for external clients

o  Experience in working in a global company with some stakeholders located out of Israel

o  One or more of the following certifications: PMP, CSM, PSM, CSPO, KMP

o  Experience managing Data Scientists, Actuaries, or other analytical professionals

o  Experience with JIRA, Zendesk and other Project Management tools
