Description

Join our rapidly growing team in a leading fintech growth company serving the insurance and banking industries. We’re looking for a talented and entrepreneurial team player to join and help further accelerate our growth through engaging storytelling and a relentless focus on conversion.

As the Growth Marketing Manager, EMEA, you will drive Earnix’s omni-channel campaign initiatives to engage new and existing prospects to grow, improve and accelerate our pipeline across Europe, Asia and Australia. Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, you will build a strategic framework of integrated campaigns executed with strong attention to detail. The position is located in London.

o Create, execute, and optimize always-on and bespoke marketing campaigns, localizing as needed for optimal impact

o Design a segmented and persona-based approach to create highly individualized engagements

o Explore new and unexpected opportunities to reach relevant prospects at the right moment with the right messaging

o Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Product to deliver an aligned and purpose-driven go-to-market strategy

o Develop tactics to enhance awareness for long-tail growth

o Maintain a relentless 

Requirements

You’ll do it using

o Strong background designing and building a strategic growth agenda

o Knowledge of the differentiated needs across multiple cultures and regions 

o Demonstrated experience using current MarTech tools and platforms

o Excellent problem-solving and project prioritization skills

o Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide strategic insight

o Strong technical and analytical skills
