Description

As a Java Full- Stack TL, you will be leading a team of Java developers in the Client team.

This team is involved in solutions for design, technology, product, and system-wide challenges, provide and propose solutions at different levels of abstraction. Building and migrating a distributed complex RESTful system.

Job Responsibilities

o  Leading team of Java developers

o  Effectively cooperate with other Earnix teams

o  Performing requirement analyses.

o  Conduct code reviews, documentation of design, and implementation of Agile methodologies to ensure high-quality software.

o  Create and maintain backend API services to support both internal and external customers

Requirements

o  B.Sc.in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience

o  3+ years of experience with Java development

o  2+ years of leading/ managerial experience

o  Experience with Application Servers such as WebSphere, JBoss, WebLogic

o  Knowledge of relational databases and SQL

o  Experience with Agile development principles and Scrum methodology and CI/CD processes

o  Extensive experience in designing, developing, and debugging Restful Web services.

o  Excellent analytical skills.

o  Excellent communication skills

Advantages: 

o  Experience with Python, Java Swing, Web technology stacks such as Angular, React, or Vue

o  Understanding of general UI design principles.
