Description

The Learning and Knowledge Manager will influence and shape the learning experience and content created for Earnix customers and partners. You will be a key contributor to ensuring effective and modern learning practices to increase our user’s knowledge and usage of our solutions. 

A suitable candidate will possess a multidisciplinary background (product, marketing, customer success) with strong experience in learning, training, content development, and knowledge management can work at a strategic level, demonstrating commercial understanding and a passion for creating outstanding learning journeys. Our ideal candidate has outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, excellent research capabilities, and the ability to work in a global, fast-paced environment. 

What will you do?

o Build the learning and training content roadmap for Earnix customers. This roadmap needs to be coordinated with all relevant stakeholders

o Own the training strategy, training assets, processes, practice sand tools required for Earnix training plan

o Develop learning experiences and ensure they adhere to modern practices

o Design our LMS to provide value both to internal and external users

o Maintain and update existing training to ensure the content remains up to date

o Coordinate the work of internal SMEs, instructional designers, and technical writers to produce training and knowledge artifacts. Occasionally, this support will be required to develop content for the Company employees

o Improve content usability by regularly reviewing stakeholder feedback, identifying areas for innovation that improve the user learning experience

o Ensure fast adoption of training content

o Efficiently deliver against project timelines

o Keep up to date with technology and platform developments to seek and identify possible improvements to the learning experience

o Support and manage the logistics and operational methods for Academy courses, including managing the logistics and operating methods of the courses

Requirements

o At least 5 years of experience in learning management and development fields in a global hi-tech/software company, including experience in delivering highly engaging, high-impact training products (presentations, tests, exercises)

o Experience writing documentation and training materials aimed at both technical and non-technical audiences

o Experience in LMS administration, instructional design, and digital learning tools and approaches (video learning, microlearning, mobile learning, and more)

o Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with multiple content owners.

o Experience in vendor management, including digital learning producers and external studios

o Superb track record in developing and executing successful training programs and Knowledgebase systems

o Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills.

o Native English level – a must. Additional languages - an advantage
