We have the opportunity for an exceptional sales executive to join our growing team. This person needs to be passionate about the mission we have to grow the banking business across the Americas, someone who understands both retail and commercial banks and has experience in hunting new name logo’s in the Tier 1 banks.

You will join a fast growing, cutting edge technology company that has a proven track record in providing software and customer analytics solutions that have transformed some of the world’s top financial institutions. This high-profile position reports to the Global Head of Sales, Banking and part of a growing team of high tier business professionals.

We are looking for an individual that possess the energy, tenacity and desire to find, build and maintain relationships with Tier 1 bank prospects so that we can sell our software offering. This includes making initial contact, qualifying prospects, defining a value proposition across multiple business units, participating in product demos, responding to RFPs, preparing proposals and closing sales. All of this while making sure key internal stakeholders (professional services, product, strategy, management etc.) have what they need to run a fast growing and highly referenceable business.


o  5 years + proven successful sales experience at Tier 1 banks

o  Bachelor’s Degree

o  A strong understanding of how retail and commercial banks operate today and how they need to adapt to align with the digital transformation we see across all sectors. 

o  The ability to work a deal from ‘lead’ to ‘close’ with a passion for hunting.

o  Experience working with global remote teams

o  Entrepreneurial; results oriented individual who is willing to do what it takes to win

o  Self-starter; ability to work independently but as part of a key and growing team

o  Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills a must

o  Willingness to travel extensively across the US when required
