What you’ll do

• Design and implement a comprehensive customer advocacy and reference program 

• Partner with colleagues to support always-on, systematized and bespoke customer-centric campaigns

• Build a robust library of case studies and related material showcasing our customers’ innovative initiatives

• Expand the presence and impact of our self-service online knowledge portal  

• Craft insightful and unique customer programming for live and online experiences

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Product to support an aligned and value-driven go-to-market strategy

• Closely track, evaluate and communicate performance of all activities

• Maintain a relentless focus on customer satisfaction and engagement

You’ll do it using

• Strong background designing and building strategic customer engagement

• Exceptionally strong writing, editing, and speaking skills

• Knowledge of the differentiated needs across multiple cultures and regions 

• Demonstrated experience using current MarTech tools and platforms

• Excellent problem-solving and project prioritization skills

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide strategic insight

• Strong technical and analytical skills
