A very exciting yet demanding position in a fast growing Engineering organization of Earnix which includes Development, QA, Architecture, DevOps, Operations, Support and IT.

We’re looking for a Manual QA team leader with great people skills, very strong QA related skills and deep understanding of R&D development processes.


  • Lead QA team of 7 engineers

  • Develop QA Processes and Procedures

  • Responsible for planning, scheduling and implementing QA testing activities

  • Maintain Documentation (test plans, test results)

  • Responsible for team objectives definition and the employee’s development

  • Interfacing with all teams within the business unit: Development, Product, Professional services, Architecture, Project Managers, etc

  • Risk management and prioritization



  • At least 2-3 years’ experience managing manual QA teams – mandatory

  • At least 2 years’ experience as a manual QA engineer – mandatory

  • Well familiar with Software development life cycle in an Agile environment

  • Experience with the fin-tech field (banking, Insurance related, other) – Strong advantage

  • Experience with system performance testing

  • Fluent English – a Must

  • Knowledge with SW release management tools (such as Quality Center, Jira or similar, MS Project)

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
