A very exciting yet demanding position in a fast growing Engineering organization of Earnix which includes Development, QA, Architecture, DevOps, Operations, Support and IT.
We’re looking for a Manual QA team leader with great people skills, very strong QA related skills and deep understanding of R&D development processes.
Lead QA team of 7 engineers
Develop QA Processes and Procedures
Responsible for planning, scheduling and implementing QA testing activities
Maintain Documentation (test plans, test results)
Responsible for team objectives definition and the employee’s development
Interfacing with all teams within the business unit: Development, Product, Professional services, Architecture, Project Managers, etc
Risk management and prioritization
At least 2-3 years’ experience managing manual QA teams – mandatory
At least 2 years’ experience as a manual QA engineer – mandatory
Well familiar with Software development life cycle in an Agile environment
Experience with the fin-tech field (banking, Insurance related, other) – Strong advantage
Experience with system performance testing
Fluent English – a Must
Knowledge with SW release management tools (such as Quality Center, Jira or similar, MS Project)
Excellent interpersonal skills
Able to work independently
