o We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join Earnix’s growing IT team. The IT Support Specialist will work closely with the global IT team to support IT activities & provide best-in-class services to Earnix employees.

o Job Description:

o Be part of the Company Help Desk & support end-users with IT hardware and software related issues

o Provide IT services in the Boston office

o Support the company different IT systems and applications (Emails and other SAS systems and tools)

o Manage the onboarding/offboarding process for new employees

o Manage Microsoft Active Directory Domain

o Implement security and privacy procedures (AV, FW)


o 2+ years of work experience as a Help Desk Technician

o Experience in supporting Windows & MacOS operating systems

o Experience with Office365, and printers support

o Experience with IT backend environment (GPO, Active directory)

o Knowledge of networking components and infrastructure 

o Well organized with excellent communication skills

o Good troubleshooting skills.

o Team player, along with the ability to work independently in a fast paced global environment
