We have the opportunity for an exceptional sales executive to join our growing team. This person needs to be passionate about the mission we have to grow the insurance business across the globe, someone who understands the UK insurance broker market and has experience in hunting new customers.
You will join a fast growing, cutting edge technology company that has a proven track record in providing software and customer analytics solutions that have transformed some of the world’s top financial institutions.
We are looking for an individual that possess the energy, tenacity and desire to find, build and maintain relationships within the UK insurance broking space so that we can sell our software offering. This includes making initial contact, qualifying prospects, defining a value proposition, participating in product demos, preparing proposals and closing sales. All of this while making sure key internal stakeholders (professional services, management etc.) have what they need to run a fast growing and highly referenceable business.
o 3 years + proven successful sales
experience aimed at UK based insurance companies / brokers.
o Experience in high velocity, phone-based sales.
o Bachelor’s Degree.
o A understanding of how UK insurance brokers operate (especially in relation to pricing for motor insurance).
o The ability to work a deal from ‘lead’ to ‘close’. With a passion for hunting.
o Experience working with global remote teams
o Entrepreneurial; results oriented individual who is willing to do what it takes to win.
o Self-starter; ability to work independently but as part of a key and growing team.
o Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills a must.
