We have the opportunity for an exceptional Sales Operations Manager to join our growing team in London. You will join a fast growing, cutting edge technology company that has a proven track record in providing software solutions that have transformed some of the world’s top financial institutions.

Job Responsibilities

Sales Operations

o  Create sales and revenue forecasts using pipeline analysis, booking estimates, and key sales performance indicators.

o  Work with the sales team to understand and monitor status of sales opportunities, provide support for required cross company initiatives, follow up with all stakeholders on required tasks

o  Produce reports and presentations that provide insight and guidance to management for sales strategy development and maximum sales efficiency.

RFP and Due Diligence/ Bid/ Proposal Management

o  Partner with sales, service, marketing, consulting, legal and other departments to develop and package thorough, efficient, timely, and consistent responses to bids for business opportunities (e.g., Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotes (RFQs), Requests for Information (RFIs)).

o  Execute all aspects of the proposal process life cycle from initial receipt of proposal request through completion and delivery.

o  Create graphics, write/edit, proofread, format, maintain version control, and ensure compliance to both submittal guidelines and internal organizational standards.

o  Communicate with team members across all corporate to ensure milestones are met, proposals comply with requirements, and critical tasks to win bids are understood and addressed.

o  Maintain a database of approved content for proposals and make updates as necessary.

o  While some of the tasks above will be carried out in our Israel HQ, we need someone based in London to support the sales organization and to make sure all activities are managed and monitored

Other Operations Duties

o  Build customer presentations, monthly business reviews and flash reports.

o  Research and communicate crucial market, customer and competitive intelligence on a timely basis.

o  Act as right-hand person to Head of Insurance, International providing day-to-day support that includes thinking one step ahead, problem solving and resolution of issues.

o  Support special projects


o  Degree in business or other relevant field or study

o  3+ years of experience in Sales operations for a Software company

o  Experience with Salesforce

o  Excel proficiency

o  Powerpoint proficiency

o  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

o  Self-starter and ability to work independently
