Description

Our global Talent Acquisition team is growing, and we are looking for a highly experienced Talent Acquisition Expert to join us.

What you’ll do?

o Manage an end-to-end hiring process for open positions in the US and abroad.

o Work with hiring managers to identify their hiring needs, decide on the right workflow and additional assessment tools if needed.

o Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements

o Source for candidates through various channels and create robust talent pipelines for Earnix's current and future hiring needs.

o Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System

o Conduct HR interviews

o Coordinate interviews and all associated hiring activities- up to job offer to the candidates.

Requirements

o 3+ years of proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, specializing in sales positions

o Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various sourcing tools, interview techniques and evaluation methods

o Experience as an in-house Talent Acquisition specialist 

o Passion for a great candidate experience and creative thinking for employer brand

o Knowledge of the privacy and diversity laws in the US 

o Excellent verbal and written communication skills

o BA in Human Resources Management or relevant field
