Description

We have the opportunity for an exceptional sales executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have deep domain experience and numerous connections in the insurance industry, having worked in an analytical capacity at a major insurer as well as in a sales or consulting roles. You will join a fast growing, cutting edge technology company that has a proven track record in providing software and Tier 1 insurer prospects customer analytics solutions that have transformed some of the world’s top financial institutions.

We are looking for an individual that possess the energy, tenacity and desire to find, build and maintain relationships with EMEA insurance prospects so that we can sell our software offering. This includes making initial contact, qualifying prospects, defining a value proposition across multiple business units, participating in product demos, responding to RFPs, preparing proposals and closing sales. All of this while making sure key internal stakeholders (professional services, product, strategy, management etc.) have what they need to run a fast growing and highly referenceable business.

Requirements

o  5 years + proven successful sales experience at the Insurance industry

o  A strong understanding of how insurance companies operate today and how they need to adapt to align with the digital transformation we see across all sectors

o  The ability to work a deal from ‘lead’ to ‘close’ with a passion for hunting

o  Experience working with global remote teams.

o  Entrepreneurial; results oriented individual who is willing to do what it takes to win

o  Self-starter; ability to work independently but as part of a key and growing team

o  Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills a must

o  Willingness to travel extensively when required
