Job Description:

We are looking for an Information Systems and Knowledge Manager to join our Operations group


  • Collect specifications from the business and define the custom features of the CRM, Service Desk and PMO applications to the external/internal development teams

  • Evaluate third-party software and conduct detailed analysis in order to present the pros and cons to stakeholders and implement the most suitable tool based on company needs

  • Administrate and oversee information systems such as JIRA, Zendesk, Salesforce and serving as the go-to expert for these tools

  • Work directly with cross-functional agile teams to understand their specific needs and provide guidance and solutions

  • Create post functions and validators, and make changes to workflows, screens, fields, schemes and reporting, as well as providing ongoing support and configuration maintenance

  • Configure, manage, and enhance the tools including native functionality, as well as researching, testing, and implementing plugins

  • Keep users informed of the project’s status and gather their feedback.

  • Provide application, feature, and user support

  • Maintain responsibility for user management

  • Update and maintenance of the knowledge bases of the organization

  • Help to disseminate knowledge in the organization and communicate knowledge availability

  • Own cross department responsibilities for creating, maintain and disseminating relevant knowledge to internal and external users.

  • Maintain and keep up-to-date knowledge assets of the Company



  • 3-5 years of proven experience in implementing systems and designing processes in global organizations

  • Excellent time management, efficiency, and prioritization skills.

  • Strong planner who can identify and remove impediments and distractions that might otherwise interfere with the team’s ability to deliver the sprint goal.

  • Ability to understand a myriad of business processes.

  • Positive, make-it-happen, lead-by-example attitude.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment.

  • Fluency in the English language, both written and spoken.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
