We are looking for an experienced alliances manager to assume leadership of the Alliances space – developing partner programs, leading alliances execution both externally and internally, making sure that the organization is aligned to support the partnerships, and working closely with the partners to enhance the collaboration.
As part of the Business Development team, the Alliances Manager may be involved in market research, strategic alliances development and other strategic initiatives.
o B.A./M.A. or MBA (preferred) with at least 3 years of experience in business development role
o A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work with a wide range of individuals, from our sales & product teams to executives, business partners, and customers
o Strategic thinking capability balanced with tactical and implementation/ execution skills
o Comfortable dealing with various spaces, from legal documents to marketing materials
o Entrepreneurial; results oriented individual who is willing to do what it takes to win
o Excellent communication and presentation skills
o Strong project management skills
o Experience with a major consulting firm (advantage)
o Experience in Fintech or InsurTech (advantage)
