We are looking for an experienced Alliances Manager to assume leadership of the alliances program for the North American region. Primary responsibilities for this position include developing partner programs with service providers and technology companies.
The ideal candidate will have experience navigating with these types of organizations to help position Earnix, and bring the brand, to the forefront of the decision makers. Understanding that these relationships take time to build, it is important that the person coming into this role has the experience to manage and intervene when necessary to expand and promote collaboration. In essence, these will be product led discussions. As you will be working with technology partnerships, the discussions will involve creating synergy to integrate two products. The ideal candidate will not shy away from these conversations about will be resourceful in providing answers.

o B.A./M.A. or MBA (preferred) with at least 6 years of experience in business development role
o A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work with a wide range of individuals, from our sales and product teams to executives, business partners, and customers
o Strategic thinking, balanced with tactical and implementation/ execution skills
o Comfortable dealing with various spaces, from legal documents to marketing material
o Entrepreneurial; results oriented individual who is willing to do what it takes to win
o Excellent communication and presentation skills
o Strong project management skills
o Experience with a major consulting firm
o Experience in Fintech or InsurTech
