The analytics world is evolving at a rapid pace. For many insurance and banking executives, keeping up with cutting-edge technologies in data-driven, decision-making is challenging. Additionally, there is a lack of relevant industry conferences that allow these topics to be deeply examined in pragmatic terms.

We decided four years ago to step in and address this challenge by launching a two-day conference – The Pricing and Innovation Summit. The Summit is known for being a magnet for both business executives and senior analytics and actuary executives. It offers a central location for banking and insurance professionals to network, share and gather knowledge around a common interest in analytics and innovation.

As the facilitator and host of this closed-door event, we bring keynote speakers and notable industry leaders to address an audience of 160+ delegates. The Summit sessions allow delegates to stay abreast of how to apply data science over their corporate data assets in order to make better business decisions and achieve a competitive advantage. The amount and level of knowledge represented at this event has often been described as remarkable, lasting long after the event is over.

The Summit delegates come from various banking and insurance organizations around the world. This diversity creates an atmosphere of collaborative discussions. Delegates share the latest best practices in applied analytics based on their experiences in their respective industries and countries. We have a high returning participant rate and this is testament to the value that the Summit brings to its delegates.

This Year’s Summit Highlights include:

The keynote speaker lineup is designed to bring fresh thinking about data innovation, expanding financial markets and the consumer user experience. The following distinguished speakers were hand-picked for their advancement in these areas:

One Conference, Two Tracks
Aside for plenary sessions, the Summit offers two diverse tracks, one in banking and the other in insurance. The content and topics are aimed at enriching participants’ perspective around data science with a focus on the particular industry. Speakers will share their experience and lessons learned on topics such as the use of Big Data, financial industry trends, pricing sophistication, applied behavioral economics, management of innovation, multi-channel distribution and analytics project management.

A Rich Agenda
The Summit program includes distinguished speakers and industry leaders from Zurich Insurance, LexisNexis, Verisk Analytics, McKinsey & Co., Liberty Insurance, Yapi Kredi, Danske Bank, Euro Bank, Axis Bank and more. Some of the speakers come from startups and alternative financial services organizations, providing a broader industry view point.

Unique Venue
This year’s Summit will be held in the same venue as last year at 8 Northumberland Avenue, a one-minute walk from Trafalgar Square – the official center of London – making it the capital’s most central venue. 8 Northumberland Avenue has its roots firmly in Victorian London history and today it has been completely restored to its former glory to become one of the finest venue spaces in London and an ideal location for the Summit.

I look forward to seeing each and every one of you at the Summit.
