Management

Udi Ziv

Chief Executive Officer

Udi Ziv has over 25 years of experience as a CEO, Entrepreneur and Senior Executive. As CEO of Earnix, Udi is focused on accelerating the company’s growth through increased geographic penetration, expanding the company’s line of products, and scaling the operation of the business. Prior to joining Earnix, Udi was CEO of Pontis, a leading Digital Customer Engagement company, where he led it to significant growth, and to an eventual acquisition by Amdocs in 2016. Prior to that, Udi was President of NICE Systems’ Enterprise Group, with responsibility for its $600M Customer Interaction business. Udi started his career in 1991 when he co-founded TopTier Software, an enterprise portal company, and co-led it to a successful acquisition by SAP AG in 2001. Following the acquisition, Udi became a General Manager at SAP, where he was responsible for the SBS Global Business Unit, as well as the company’s presence in Israel. Udi holds a degree in Computer Engineering from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology.

Ronit Maor

Chief Financial Officer

Before joining Earnix, Ronit was CFO at Pontis, a leading Digital Customer Engagement company, until its acquisition by Amdocs towards the end of 2016. Prior to that, Ronit was VP Corporate Development at Modu, an Israeli start-up designing unique cellular phones. Prior to that, Ronit served for 10 years as CFO of Msystems, the inventors of USB flash drives (Nasdaq traded company), until the company was sold to SanDisk.

Ronit has a BSc in Industrial Engineering and Management (Cum Laude) from Tel Aviv University.

Sammy Krikler

Founder & Head of Insurance Business

Sammy Krikler founded Earnix in 2001 with the vision of empowering financial institutions to harness customer data, make optimal business decisions and improve their performance. As the company’s Head of Insurance Business, he is responsible for leading Earnix strategy for insurer carriers worldwide as well as governance of project delivery, analytic innovation and account management globally. Over the past 20 years, Sammy has been a pioneer in the innovation of analytical solutions for financial service companies, advising numerous clients on leveraging the power of their data – applying it to optimization in pricing and customer interactions. Prior to founding Earnix, Sammy worked as R&D Manager of Eventus R&D, where he led teams of mathematicians, statisticians, economists and software engineers in the development of mathematical models for forecasting, derivatives pricing and risk management of financial markets. Sammy holds a BSc in statistics from Hebrew University.

Reuven Shnaps, PhD

Chief Analytics Officer

As the company’s Chief Analytics Officer, Reuven Shnaps leads the Earnix Analytics organization. In his role Reuven oversees Earnix product roadmap management and directs the company’s analytics strategy, as well as research and delivery for Earnix customers worldwide. Reuven has spent more than 20 years developing and analyzing advanced statistical and economic models. Over his 10+ years at Earnix, he has gained extensive experience in crafting analytical solutions, and managing and implementing pricing & analytical projects for leading financial institutions around the globe. Prior to joining Earnix, Reuven worked in the economic and statistical consulting group at Deloitte & Touche in the United States, serving corporate clients across multiple industries. He holds a PhD and a master of arts in economics from The University of Pennsylvania and a master of arts in business economics and a bachelor of arts in economics and statistics from Bar Ilan University.

Osnat Yanushevsky Yacoby

Vice President of Operations

Osnat Yanushevsky Yacoby serves as VP Operations at Earnix.

Osnat has over 20 years of experience in running complex and multi-million-dollar operations around the globe (US, Singapore, Sri Lanka, India, Israel). She held leadership positions within the Banking, FinTech and Retail technology industries. Starting her career in 1996 at Thomson Reuters, she took on various program management positions in the United States and Israel.

Osnat worked at Israel Discount Bank as the Treasury Technology Solutions manager transforming the Bank trading room to use cutting edge technology. In 2008, she took the role of Director for Finantix, heading APAC Professional Services Singapore, leading global wealth management and regulation programs for banks in the Asia Pacific region. In 2012 she was appointed as Trax Technologies COO, establishing the Company operations unit.

Osnat holds a BA in Economics and Political Science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an MBA from Baruch College Zicklin School of Business, New York.

Nir Maor

Vice President of Marketing

Nir Maor has 20 years of experience in B2B technology marketing, strategy, and product innovation. As VP of Marketing, Nir is responsible for Earnix marketing strategy, brand, and demand generation. Prior to joining Earnix Nir served as VP of Marketing and Strategy at Celeno, a Wi-Fi technology company. Prior to that he held senior leadership positions at Intel Corporation, such as Head of Global B2B Brand and Industry Marketing, and Director of IoT Market Development. Nir holds an MBA degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and a Masters degree in Engineering Management, also from Northwestern University.

Yaron Lavie

Vice President of Products

Yaron has over 14 years of experience in delivering and defining advanced solutions for financial institutions worldwide. As VP Products, Yaron leads the product management team, responsible for product strategy, roadmap and definition. Before joining Earnix, Yaron was Founder and CEO of Pareto Pulse, a company that developed, marketed and sold predictive analytics solutions to global financial institutions. At Pareto Pulse, Yaron oversaw the entire product development cycle, starting from the idea phase through design, development and delivery and overseeing sales, marketing, business development and product development. Prior to founding Pareto Pulse, Yaron worked for Finastra, where he managed sales support for credit analysis solutions to strategic customer accounts in Europe, Africa and the Middle East and oversaw new product initiatives in the area of credit analysis software. Prior to Finastra, Yaron served as VP of Marketing and Business Development at Peldec Decisions Systems. Yaron defined, launched and executed the company’s product development roadmap and go-to-market strategy, pivoting the company from a niche Israel-only software services company to a global provider of financial institution software products that resulted in an acquisition by Finastra.

During his 14 year career in the financial services solutions space, Yaron has worked closely with financial institutions across the world and specializes in banking analytics and credit risk solutions. He holds an MBA degree in Finance and Technology Management from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and Physics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Yaron is a graduate of the prestigious Talpiot program of the IDF.

Alon Kleinman

Vice President of Engineering

As Vice President of Engineering for Earnix, Alon leads the division responsible for R&D, support, cloud operations and IT. Alon has over 30 years of experience in architecting, building and operating large scale internet-based business software applications and technology infrastructures. Before joining Earnix, Alon was the VP of R&D at Clarizen, and prior to that, he held senior technology positions at Red Bend and Ubique. Alon holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Tel Aviv University and M.Sc. in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Weizmann Institute of Science.

Dror Pockard

Head of North America Insurance

Dror Pockard is an executive with over 30 years of experience building and leading start-ups, and in senior executive roles in large global companies. His expertise lies in strategy, business development, and M&A.

Prior to joining Earnix, Dror was CEO of Colibri Spindles Ltd., a company focused on connecting Industry 4.0 manufacturing devices with the emerging Internet of Things (IoT) market. Prior to that, he was CEO of eGlue Business Technologies, a start-up in the real-time interaction/next-best-offer space. And prior to that, he was CEO of Telrad Ltd. a telecom products and services company.

Earlier in his career, Dror held several leadership roles at Amdocs Inc., including: head of their Consulting and Systems Integration Organization, and president of the CRM division. Dror also established the Israeli office of Ernst Young Management Consulting and managed it for 3 years.

Dror holds an MBA in Information Systems and a BA in Management and Economics from Tel Aviv University, Israel. He is a mentor in the Israeli Microsoft Accelerator, and is a board member of the Branco Weiss Institute and Yuvalim, two charities in the education space.

Peter Reynolds

Global Head of Banking

As the Global Head of Banking for Earnix, Peter is responsible for defining the needs of banking institutions across the globe and ensuring that Earnix is delivering products and services that meet these needs. He manages a global sales force from London. With almost two decades of experience in banking and technology, Peter has deep understanding of industry trends that are transforming the market. He achieved triple-digit growth for companies such as AimBrain, Fundtech, Reval, Thomson Financial and HSBC. Peter is a regular contributor to the industry dialog as a well-respected thought-leader. He holds a law degree from the London Guildhall University.

Daphne Berger

Vice President of Human Resources

As vice president of human resource at Earnix, Daphne Berger is responsible for the strategy and execution of programs for talent management, organizational development, and all other employment matters across the organization. Daphne has over 15-years of experience as a human resource professional at international companies. Prior to joining Earnix, Daphne held senior positions at Cellcom, Dialogic, Perion and most recently at Moovit. She holds a MSC in organizational behaviour from Tel Aviv University and a bachelor of business in finance and organizational behaviour (Cum Laude) from the College of Management Academic studies. She also serves as a mentor at Gvahim, an organization that helps highly skilled immigrants build successful careers.

Reuven Ben Menachem

Founder and Former CEO of Fundtech

Reuven Ben Menachem is the Founder and former CEO of Fundtech, a leading global provider of software to the financial services sector.

Mr. Ben Menachem led Fundtech to a successful IPO in 1998 and raised $100 million in a secondary offering in 1999. He sold Fundtech to GTCR (a Chicago-based private equity firm) in 2011, and in 2015 Fundtech was sold to a strategic buyer for $1.25B.

Prior to there, Mr. Ben Menachem was employed at Logic Data Architects, as a Technical Director and Product Manager. From January 1984 to June 1986, served as a Director of Banking Systems at Manof Communications Systems. Prior to this role, served as a Senior Programmer and Analyst in the Israeli Air Force.

Mr. Ben Menachem studied for a B.A. in Business at Haifa University.

Fiona Darmon

General Partner & COO,
Jerusalem Venture Partners

As general partner and COO, Fiona is an integral part of the leadership team at JVP, overseeing the firms ongoing operations, defining the groups’ strategy, and leading the raising of funds. Prior to this, Fiona held a variety of executive roles with Koor Industries, a leading Israeli investment conglomerate, as well as serving as a founding member of Koor CVC, the first Israeli corporate VC. Fiona started her career as a financial analyst with Claridge Israel LLC, the investment arm of the Bronfman family of Canada.  She holds a BA in Finance and IT and an Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management’s international program in collaboration with Tel Aviv University.

Amit Frenkel

Vintage Investment Partners

Amit Frenkel is a general partner at Vintage Investment Partners, the only secondary fund manager and fund of funds manager focused on Israel with $460 million under management. Prior to joining Vintage Investment Partners in 2005, Amit acted as a venture capitalist for 15 years and was a General Partner at Carmel Ventures, Israel Infinity, and Clalit Capital Fund LP. Amit was active in investing, building and promoting portfolio companies throughout their life cycle. His track record includes exits in the following companies: Alvarion, Nur Macroprinters, Paradigm Geophysical, Celletra, Radvision, NiceCom, Viryanet, ProActivity, Unipier, Netformx and others. Before becoming a venture capitalist, Amit was Vice President of Clal Issuing Ltd., the largest investment banking house in Israel, where he led numerous M&A and private placement transactions. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Red Bend, Trivnet, Earnix, Ophirtech and various Vintage entities.

Amit received an MBA from the University of Michigan with honors and a BA in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University.

Erel Margalit

As chairman and founder of Jerusalem Venture partners (JVP), Erel Margalit is one of the chief architects of the “startup nation”, which brings innovation and entrepreneurial leadership to the country’s most pressing political, economic, and social challenges. JVP is repeatedly ranked as one of the top six venture capital firms in the world in terms of consistent fund returns.

Erel spent five years in the Israeli parliament where he headed the national cyber lobby, the lobby for the north and south of Israel, and the finance committee. He was chosen for the Forbes Midas list and by Israel’s prestigious business paper as the first venture capitalist with the golden touch. Erel holds a PhD. from Columbia University.

Haim Shani

Haim Shani is Co-founder and General Partner of Israel Growth Partners, the recently established largest tech focused growth equity fund in Israel.

In 2012 Haim retired from the Ministry of Finance where he served as Director General (2009-2011) and the Head of the Competitiveness Committee. Prior to that, he served as CEO of NICE Systems (NASDAQ: NICE). As CEO, he led the company’s business from $100m in revenues to $700m and oversaw value growth from $100m to $2.5b. Haim came to NICE from Applied Materials (Israel), where he served as VP of its Israeli business (Ex Opal/Orbot) for a period of three years. From 1992 to 1998, he held various management positions at Orbotech Ltd. as Corporate Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, President of Orbotech’s Asia Pacific subsidiary and President of Orbotech Europe. Prior to that, Haim held various management positions at Scitex Corporation and IBM Israel. Haim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Management Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, and an MBA from INSEAD, France. In 2006 Haim was selected Top High Tech CEO in the large corporations’ category by the Israel Management Institute, and in 2008 was named one of the top 10 CEOs in Israel by Dun & Bradstreet. Haim is currently serving as Chairman of the UK Israel Tech Hub, a board member at Strauss Water, R2Net, GreenRoad, ColorChip, Jacada and Earnix and a member of the Advisory Committee, Supervisor of Banks, Bank of Israel.
