More than 200 insurance leaders gathered at Earnix’s North American headquarters for the introduction of Earnix AIOS, the launch of its first Customer Advisory Board, and a keynote from Professor Kevin Fong on high-stakes decision-making.

Erez Barak, chief technology officer at insurtech Earnix, has told Insurance Post artificial intelligence agents could join the insurance workforce in the next “12 to 36 months.” Speaking to Insurance Post at the Earnix Accelerate conference in London, Barak emphasised the firm’s approach towards developing AI centres on collaboration between humans and AI agents.
