Steps to Net Zero

Earnix is participating in the Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTI) as part of our larger effort to understand and assess our carbon footprint and develop a comprehensive plan to reduce it, using clearly defined KPIs.

This plan is aligned with Earnix’s corporate values as well as the expectations of our customers, partners, investors, and employees.

Positive Proof

We’ve been benchmarking our carbon footprint and, in 2023, started taking significant steps to achieve our net zero target.

Vendors: Earnix performs ESG assessments when evaluating and selecting third-party vendors.
Travel: We have updated all travel policies to emphasize virtual events and low-carbon travel modes. We are continuing to expand our use of remote collaboration and virtual meeting technologies.
Cloud computing: We are working with AWS to ensure our use of computing resources is as energy efficient as possible.
Office space: Earnix headquarters are located at a certified green building that holds the LEED Platinum zero emission standard. The location is also highly accessible by public transportation, reducing the need for employees to drive each day.

  • We host refresher programs to ensure returning mothers feel confident and ready to re-engage in the workplace after maternity leave.

  • Our dedicated recruiting team conducts workshops and provides job search assistance to empower and guide cancer survivors and aid their re-entry into the labor market.
