This Privacy Policy applies to all Personal Information collected by Earnix, including through our Website, services (but excluding Earnix Saas solution), marketing activities (such as online advertising, webinars, or events), and your interactions with us on third-party platforms such as LinkedIn and other social media service. Some of this information may be automatically collected, and some is collected when you interact with the Website. The type of information that may be automatically collected is collected through a third party analytics service, which provides tools to automatically collect information about your use of the service. This information includes your session durations, the content you accessed on the service, your interactions and user-interface clicks with respect to such content, referring URLs, the frequency and scope of your use of the service.

Information from which you can be personally identified may also be collected, including but not limited to your name, title, company name, email address, telephone number and the location of the computer through which you used the Website (hereinafter: “Personal Information”). We may also collect Personal Information you choose to provide or that is shared with us through third-party platforms such as LinkedIn, including data submitted via LinkedIn Events or LinkedIn Ads registrations, or when you interact with our content or promotions on social media platforms (e.g., by signing up for a webinar, downloading content, or attending an event). Personal Information shall be collected only if received voluntarily by you, including, without limitation, by completing the contact forms available through the Website. If you contact us for various reasons such as for a specific service, asking questions or requesting technical support, we will collect the information related to your inquiry.
